Community update

The community at North Sapphire Beach now has over 300 residents and is growing month-on-month with a continual stream of new residents building and moving in. There are currently over 15 homes under construction at the community.

Out of the 26 lots released as part of Watergum 2, only 5 remain. These lots are now registered with council so the exciting news is that new purchasers can start building immediately after settling. As a result of this sales success, our next stage will start selling soon.

Work to O’Sullivan park is well underway with the landscaping to the wide open grassed areas in progress, interconnecting boardwalks throughout the park now complete, and the installation of the play equipment scheduled to follow.

The community roads in the Watergum stages are taking shape, now bordered with neat grass verges, street lights and rows of newly planted trees (Weeping Lilli Pilli) in keeping with the surrounding natural rainforest.

Construction of the new display village has commenced, with G.J. Gardner the first to start earthworks. It is expected that the majority of builders will start to construct their display homes through the months of April and May. In addition to G.J Gardner, builders in the new display village include; Blue Ribbon, Adenbrook, McDonald Jones, Pycon and Perry Homes.
